Cassoulet Toulousain with pork

It's in Castelnaudary, France, that we prepare this Toulousan "tomaté" cassoulet according to a traditional recipe. We cook the sausages and beans from France in a broth whose family recipe has been kept secret for 3 generations. That's what makes our cassoulet so delicious and authentic!

Cassoulet with duck confit

Following a traditional recipe, Maison Rivière produces a generous, gourmet cassoulet that reflects the region and its people. To the melting beans simmered in a fresh vegetable broth are added duck confit and Toulouse sausage made in our workshops with pork from France.

Goose Cassoulet

Following a traditional recipe, Maison Rivière produces a generous, gourmet cassoulet that reflects the region and its people. Melt-in-the-mouth beans simmered in a fresh vegetable broth are complemented by candied goose manchons and Toulouse sausage made in our workshops with pork from France.
