|Nos cassoulets de Castelnaudary

  • The outstanding Castelnaudary cassoulet with pork

    Using the traditional recipe, Maison Rivière has prepared a hearty, tasty cassoulet in the image of the region and its inhabitants. The melt-in-the-mouth beans are simmered in a fresh vegetable stock. We then add Toulouse sausage, made in our kitchens, and selected pieces of pork.

    Using the traditional recipe, Maison Rivière has prepared a hearty, tasty cassoulet in the image of the region and its inhabitants. The melt-in-the-mouth beans are simmered in a fresh vegetable stock. We then add Toulouse sausage, made in our kitchens, and tasty preserved goose drumsticks.

|Notre foie gras

  • Our goose fat

    Maison Rivière’s goose fat is extracted and filtered in our kitchens. Add a generous spoonful to give extra flavour to your cooking. Use it to make delicious fried potatoes or sautéed vegetables, to cook meat or as a surprising fat constituent for making cakes.
