Gamme METS DE PROVENCE

LES METS DE PROVENCE products are elaborated from the most noble ingredients, carefully selected, and are the result of an assiduous and innovating Research and Development department.
While retaining the quality and regional specificities, we have elaborated products which correspond to customer requirements and market trends : ready to use, original, regional cooking and vegetable popularity.

The products are marketed under one of three ranges :

 

PROVENCAL CONDIMENTS

PROVENCAL CONDIMENTS Provençal Condiments are all elaborated from natural products.
We use traditional methods to make these Provençal recipes. All products are made without preservatives.
The Provençal condiments have a 3 year ‘use by’ date.
The products are very versatile :
  • Canapés, sauces and vinaigrettes
  • Culinary aids for prepared dishes

    Culinary Aids :
    The production process using fresh plants ensures a high quality bacteriological content and a high concentration of essential oils.
    All ingredients used to produce the culinary aids are 100% natural :
  • Fresh plants
  • Sunflower oil
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon juice
    We use a " Flash Pasteurisation " method to conserve these products.
    They have a 3 year ‘use by’ date.

    OUR SAUCES

    The METS DE PROVENCE sauces have many uses. Classical sauces which keep their original flavour and quality, but also new original recipes, we are constantly innovating to stay in touch with changing market needs.
    We process vegetable sauces and regional sauces.
    They are prepared in 190g pots.
    Our main concern is working with totally natural products.
    An autoclave is used to sterilise and conserve these products.
